Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled Pooja event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event. Additionally, refunds will not be provided for cancellations made on the same day of the Pooja during the scheduled Muhurta time due to any reason from the devotee’s side. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@poojavan.com. You will receive an acknowledgment of your cancellation request within 2 working days, and applicable refunds will be processed within 12 working days, in accordance with this policy.
Once PoojaVan has successfully conducted a Pooja service, no refunds will be issued. As a customer, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy upon purchasing any products or services from our website. However, we understand that certain exceptional circumstances may arise, and refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Valid Reasons for Refunds:
- Non-Delivery of the Service or Product: If, due to technical or mailing issues, you do not receive a confirmation or delivery email from us.
- Technical or Manual Errors: If unforeseen errors occur despite our rigorous quality checks, your refund request will be subject to approval by our Support Team at info@poojavan.com.

Payment Policy
Your registration for any Pooja service is considered incomplete until an advance or full payment has been received. Failure to make the required payment before the scheduled Pooja will result in the non-delivery of our service. Payments can be made via the following methods:
